- Let Him meet your primary needs.
2. Don't take yourself too seriously.
3. Thank God for how He's made you.

I can't study so I'm here writing... Tracy and I went to Dutch Brahs to get some hot chocolate and then we traversed down to Beebe 1 to visit but no one was there except Patrick and he was sleeping... Sorta. Anyway, I really really wanna go to the ballet... Tracy's coming over this weekend. :)
Um, dunno what else to say, tired and bored...

"I can't do this Sam."
"I know. It's all wrong. By rights we shouldn't even be here. But we are. It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger, they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going. Because they were holding on to something."

One of my favouritest lines from RotK... My sister took my mom and me to see RotK, she saved up for like a month to do it. I cried soooo much.
Anyway, yeah, I'm at a loss for something to say so I'll just go now. :)

Favorite Couple Split After 43 Years
The romance is over for Barbie and Ken. You may think we're making this up, but we're not. Mattel's vice president of marketing, Russell Arons, who says he is also the couple's business manager, issued a formal news release announcing the sad day. (Our question: Do they not have enough work to do at Mattel?)
So what caused the split? They're being coy, saying such tired old lines as "the romance has come to an end" and they "feel it's time to spend some quality time--apart." Arons also hinted the break-up may have been caused by Ken's reluctance to get married. Look at how many bridal Barbies there are! A girl can only have so many wedding dresses before she'll want to walk down the aisle in one. But we, being longtime fans of Barbie and Ken, know that Barbie celebrates her 45th birthday on March 9. And we have to wonder if this is nothing more than a midlife crisis? Then there's this tantalizing tidbit: Barbie won't be lonely for long. Apparently, a new doll named Blaine, an Australian boogie boarder, has his eye on her.
Arons told The Associated Press there was positively no truth to the rumors that Barbie and Ken split because of Cali. That's Cali Girl Barbie (Cali is short for California), who is arriving in stores right now. Aha! THAT is why Mattel has splashed poor Barbie on the front pages of the tabloids. They want to sell Cali Girl Barbies, who will be decked out in board shorts, bikini tops, metal hoop earrings, and an incredible tan.

Today, Friday, I got a call from University Mail Services. They had an "URGENT package" and that I needed to come get it before 4:00 PM. Coincidentally that is the time the textbook store closes... Anyway, so I go up there and get it and it turns out to be $100 in cash. And sinceI already got one book free, this was enough to spend $53.00 on my other book I needed. To top that off, I got $5.00 from my advisor. So today I got a total of $105. The $100 was given by an anonymous donor, such a blessing. :)

I was given a math book from last semester... I'll still have to buy both the ones I need but right now it's good, I only have one left to buy. For this year. :)

YAY!
AND, I have an artistic soul.
And I'm Dory... Of all the fish.
Sound like anyone you know?

Quiet Girl
What kind of little girl were YOU?
brought to you by Quizilla
Nervousness, mood changes, weakness, and fatigue.
Hand tremors; a rapid, pounding, and irregular heartbeat; and shortness of breath, even when resting.
Excessive sweating, and warm, flushed skin that may be itchy.
An increased number of soft stools.
Fine, soft hair and hair loss.
Loss of appetite.
Weight loss.
The above are symptoms of a medical thing, if you know what it is I'll give you points, or not(?), and if it sounds familiar and/or like you it might be worth looking into. Here's some more, rather, "ideal" weights, pretty much in application to me but because people keep telling me to eat... (It's like the opposite of telling someone to lose weight, you're telling them to gain weight...)
I weight, and I'm not afraid to tell you, 115 lbs. I also ONLY am 5'1" tall.
By "normal" standards I am in the "safe weight" ("normal" weight range). When you think someone looks "stick thin" you are coming to them with a predefined idea of what is "normal" looking and what isn't. If I were under 100 pounds, by the standards, I would be underweight and THEN I would need to gain something... Anyway, thought you'd like to know.
:)
I had a revelation, but not really, occur to me in math class yesterday, I need books for that class before I leave this weekend, I have a test on Monday. Yes, I'm praying about it, and long story with that but shoot, before I leave... Ouch.
In other news, I am borrowing Tracy's flute so I can learn how to play one. Da said he'd get me one, when I was 10, and I'm still waiting for it so she said I could use hers. :) YAY!
Um, I dunno if I'm suppose to tell people but I'm excited about it so I'm going to anyway because it's really happy for me, I'm the photographer for Sara's wedding! Sorry if I wasn't suppose to blurb but I'm really happy about it, like, seriously.
Got my key for the darkroom today, I'm also going to talk to them because they're moving to digital so they have all these left over clips and trays and things that I could use and I was wondering if they mightn't "sponsor" me and let me use/have them. Fun stuff. I need to get to the Trapist Abbey so I can take pictures, and to the cemetary outside Forest Grove... I'm in photo mood and need to start getting my reference shots done. Hmmm...

I'm in desperate need of $150. People are going to go, "Then why did you buy a camera?" Well for one I can MAKE money with it, which is what I plan to do so don't shoot me ok? But I NEED $150 so I can buy two books for my math class. I don't have time to borrow them from the girl across the hall, I have 18 credits, and PLUS her book is the LAST edition, not the new one I need. If you would like to help me out, or know of someone to ask I would REALLY appreciate it. I was going to ask my granma but she didn't come over as planned.
I'm lacking in food, which I need desperately too but...
