And he had to leave towards to latter part of the movie... but it was a whole new experience to see this [least seen of the series, for me] with these boys.

Sadly, apparently the scariest part of the film [for me] is when Merry & Pippin 'pop out' in the farmer's field, just before leaving the Shire..
I jumped so flamboyantly that I drenched myself with a tidal wave of tea! ...tune out!

you see... Jared has this innate ability to phone us while we're completely in the midst of a movie at my new home (he did the same with Nemo last week; eventually joining us for the viewing!)
This time, however, we somehow persuaded ourselves to leave the flick... and go over to his house to help Mrs. Nagreen with some school prep insect building stuff... t'was fun, that's foh shoh!
Now we just have to get together and finish the movie... Andy & I were both very enthralled, while Jonathan just sat there grinning as it is his movie! ...tune out!
