« Cheaper By The Dozen | What's Eating Gilbert Grape »

[history: 2006... 2005... ]

Mona Lisa Smile
version: theater

as I stepped out of the theater form the movie, I ran into my sister and 'cousin', who were on their way in... I quickly jumped the chance to tag-along, as few females there are around me, let alone those who are interested in this flick.

a rather good movie. one I'd be interested in owning, in fact. mostly thanx to the time frame, era, clothing, hair, music, and such!

I was a tid-bit worried about the u:ber feminist message that could have very well prevailed. Being somewhere deep between that extreme and lovely old-fashionedness I've acquired, it was a refreshing and perfect mix. A well balanced message and portrayal of hopes, dreams, possibility, romance, and disappointment...
