I've never understood the concept of paying someone, or some entity for that matter, to find me a date, a mate, or what-have-you. So internet dating has never really felt like an option for me.
Now, mind you, I'm still not saying I'm about to jump in and find the love of my life via a website. But as far as the concept of internet dating goes... the possibility of a 100% free site is much more appealing to me, and just feels more ethically "right" in my mind.
I guess it lightens the pressure for me... I don't feel like a "piece of meat" someone has a right to, as they "paid for" it! So, before you (or I) go jumping into the internet dating world... consider these thoughts, and know that there are options, completely free options, of high quality... Praise God!
