I've always entertained a variety of ideas when it comes to my actual [eventual] wedding invitations. Of course, half the battle is design & creativity. While the other half is finding the folks to properly put out the idea.

I'm especially fond of save the date reminders that run the gammit from magnets & calendars to more individualized cds of info... Wedding Needs seems to have it all very well (& diversly) covered! From announcements & invites to favors & wedding party gifts, they are a one-stop shop for a large part of the preparation list!

so... it's not my birthday, yet. but I've begun to enjoy a small portion of the blessing.

I got some cards in the mail, with either checks or cash attached (ka-ching!) Thanks to grandparents & fathers! Elizabeth & I went into PTown to cash in my BirthdayBurger @ RedRobin, and do some fun shopping. (I actually found a pair of jeans in exchange for the "wrong sweater" at Torrid!) Then, Jonathan had myself & the younger Nagreens over for a birthday dinner, brief gaming [2 rounds of Whoonu], & eggnog coffee!
