*rolls eyes*
I'll never forget when I first supposedly 'met' Jonathan Miles. A bunch of us were sitting around playing a game (at a pre-LOTR viewing party,) someone had a sword sitting there near us. There was much banter about the fact that not a single guy could stop by without picking it up, inspecting, and even possibly wielding it!
Sure enough, this 'new guy', Jonathan arrives and heads straight for it! I held back my giggles and scoffing as best I could. (I later found out he wasn't too impressed with the craftsmanship, hence the inspection.)
there's more where that came from...
I'm often impressed at the wealth of information on swords he merely totes around in his brain. He got his hands on a beautiful Anduril replica. It hangs proudly in his room, creating much conversation with each man who spots it. It came unsharpened (safe in my eyes,) and he has slowly sharpened the blades... by hand!
...enough already!

Music releases have been booming lately, leading me to consistantly peruse the pickings online. With free Family Christian Stores coupon codes in hand, I know I can get the best deal around! (We made our pre-orders for both Jeremy & Adrienne Camp through them, and got our covers signed!)
Now it's time to start looking at the Switchfoot december release, and a couple other shining stars along the way...

I may not have 'hit the polls' & got a sticker like the masses... but, I finally filled out my ballot & got it to the drop point early this morning (we vote different in these parts!)
Honestly, I didn't know if it would happen. With life being busy & crazy of late, I never got the chance to pour over the issues & canidates as I would have liked. At the same time I'm very concerned about the immediate & long-term impact onthe future for this beloved country! So, I breezed over the ballot itself, and voted on that that I understood, leaving the rest blank... better than nothing.
Unfortunately, I think a lot of the vote I stand behind has been pushed by the wayside in the midst of all the anti-hype. *growl*

take 5 of these... and call me in the morning!
I love me a freebie offer! Now, simply review your doctor at Vimo, and they'll send you a code good for five free songs on emusic.com (of note: there are no strings attached, they won't start billing you automatically, just free!)
In case you were wondering: Vimo is a place where folks can do some research/important comparisons in their search for healthcare. How cool is that!? Word of mouth + the internet = happy healthcare!
