looking at my finger, talking about the doctor's statements of finality, taking it all in, "it'll be okay..."
needing clarification, having a hard time believing/hearing what my heart so need to be hearing, "what?"

I felt encouraged, understood, an almost relieved to feel such support.

Tonight Kim Spotts had a bunch of us "single" gals over for (possibly a monthly) dinner... we ate yummy taco/nacho soup, talked & laughed muchly, and played a game while getting to know one another more & more.

It was a great time. The funniest thing for me, was to hear/realize that I was not the only one who went about the day worried that I'd be the only one to show up (as the invite only came last night, and who else is lame enough to not have already had plans for a friday night!?)

The initial anicipation is over; the possible couples have been announced! I was wholey taken by Jamey&Lauren's story... wanting so much to see them have their moment, finally! But the more I thought about it, who would make the best PPPWedding ever? Michael&Julie are just the geeks! Plus, I feel a bit of a allegiance to her, as I've seen & interacted with her for quite sometime now in the forums... oy, the decision was so hard for me, but it hade to be done!
