*big, heavy, sigh* I'm such a goob at times!
Perhaps I really need to heed my own warnings to take people at their word, at face value, choosing to see them in the light I know they walk in! Same goes for God Himself. How can I talk about how much He provides, how much He heals, how faithful he is... yet sit back and think He ignores me, He has wiped His Hands of me, etc.?
Yeah, doesn't so much work. Certainly isn't the faith walk I have chosen for myself. At the same time, my own strength and power will get me no further. The results come from Him directly. His power alone allows me to make the strides I have!
meanwhile, may I sit back and rejoice in the tiniest revalations He has helped me see, experience, etc. God's doing awesome things in & around me, especially as I run straight into His Arms in the midst of the percieved adversity. He comes through, changes time & history as one had once seen it, and does it all in the most calm & loving manner I've ever experienced.
