Bible Study & bosom buddies
Monday are amazing... God has set them apart for Him, for me; to really get a bigger piece of the pie He's made for me! It's been awhile since I've honestly looked forward (without fail) to an evening gathering/Bible study. Usually I find myself hemming & hawing, looking for excuses & opportunities to skip out, etc. Instead, this has been the highlight of my day, week, everything.
Not to mention the fact I have the best small group ever! (Blair, Ronda, Carolyn, & [cant' recall: Lori?]) So I get to sit in a cozy office, on a swanky leather couch, and really pour my heart out among a genuine crowd.
He's teaching me so much with this study, and pouring so much into my faith bucket, I'm ready to spill over at times. Woo hoo!
there's more where that came from...
On another note, The Bachelor is back on... hooray for a Prince, Rome, and almost assured cat-fights! *giddy grin* such is the life of 'reality television.' & Christa's on her way to bunk-out at my house for the night: Slumber Part-tay!
Should be a fun night... especially in the lingering Glow!
...enough already!

are you PokerSavvy?
I'm not superSavvy in the Poker dept. But I can surely hold my own (no pun intended!) In fact, just the other day Jonathan was taunting me, saying I surely have no PokerFace... However, with Online Poker, who needs to worry about their face!? Not I.
Plus the online version/s gear you up for a better game live & in person. Giving you a leg up for casino experiences, and certainly bamboozling your unsuspecting friends! And who's going to care is you chew with your mouth open!?

PUZZLE
So I'm kicking myself...
somehow, I couldn't get my hands on #4 & #5... then firefox went kapooie on me, and they released #16... and wham! others got in the finished opp before me.
You got the complete low-down anyway... nothing was really missing (just the PPP Logo)!
*heavy sigh*
I could have used that $1,000 for this next month's bills (in light of recent unemployment.) *sad face*
there's more where that came from...

$3Million
So I figured out (via my pieceing the puzzle together a bit) that there's a $3Million round of financing on the horizon... exciting for me (hopefully on the recieving end of some of that love!) as I'm currently unemployed!
For as much flack as this company has gotten all around the blogosphere & internet, they are thriving folks, very well at that! And us posties (those that post via PayPerPost, getting paid for out blog advertising) are here to stay and say what's on our minds!
Listening to Ted talk about the company, it's concept, and vast development is greatly encouraging to me as a blogger... they talked well about the whole "disclosure" issue... that I've oft waivered on. I've only seen a couple opportunities where the advertised required that there be no disclosure of payment... and I found myself avoiding them, still not too keen on the "hidden" payment for endorsement! This is such an interesting issue, and will surely be the continual controversy surrounding PayPerPost & it's users (bloggers & advertisers alike.)
If you take the time to listen to the podcast you'll hear them get pretty harshily interviewed, and asked to address very testy issues. Being accused of only being as big as they are because of the $ they keep spending, vs. the quality of the service/phenomenon. Josh had his answers well thought out, and actually did a good job being kind/non-controversial and getting his point across, even through an obvious misunderstanding/misinterpretation. I like the fact that I'm working with folks who know what they are doing, can stand strongly behind it and are there to fight the good fight, fairly, on our behalf!

The reality of realty
So I interviewed this morning. If I do say so myself, it went well! Most impressively, the boss wanted to leave the room as the leaving person honestly shared with me what I was in for. Not often that you get such serious concern for the reality of it all.
Now, as usual, I pray they can choose among their 6 promising prospects; landing on the best fit for their particular office. Obviously, I'd love to be the fit... it would be fun, challenging, and I can surely handle an office of men!

There's just one piece left of the puzzle...

I'm obsessed... I spent too much time last night, scouring the net for puzzle pieces. Once I was finally satisfied I had found all the possible pieces at the time I went to bed.
Now there's more. Here's one... I'm off to find the rest, solve the "PayPerPost Big News" puzzle, and win my $1,000!
Note: you, too can be part of this obsession, & make money via blog advertising

interviewing
I've got an interview this morning... *currently deciding what to wear*
I'm ready for a fun, enjoyable, job. Something I can sink my teeth (er, feet) into! A nice environment, and a steady paycheck. Bring it on, God!
