Beth & I braved First Friday, mostly for the good time & random surprises, and somewhat for the free food nibblets.

After a bit of a parking mishap; we kicked it off @ Windermere with hotdogs, beverages, & face painting. Woo hoo! Walking along, we stumbled into free [$20 value] microfiber hand towels @ plush, not to mention the good wine & posh cookies!
Then came the best discovery of the night, @ frolik: we got shoes! Hot shoes! Sweet heels with just the right amount of spunk, shine, & sass! One of those, 'make you feel better about yourself & life' purchases... talk about PerfectTiming!
We ran into friends, family, and all sorts of folks throughout the night. We nibbled on lots of cheeses & crackers along the way. Oh, and there was that fantabulous handmade ice cream sandwich bite: a lemon cookie with honey lavender ice cream, it was amazing! *mental note to return & purchase the real deal!*

Now we have returned to the home for more Boy Meets World [Season 2], maybe some bagels [from my dad] & cream cheese [from a Safeway run], and certainly a dip into the archives of ice cream [in my freezer/stash.] Good girl times!
