here's another weight loss option for the folks: Nutrisystem Nourish. Sounds fair enough, a book, and prepared meals (plus they're giving you a week free; 5 weeks for the price of 4!) Now don't get me wrong, I've explained it before, as conscientious as I may be... I'm not a big fan of diets, plans, etc. But this one does have its pros.
Their meal plan is specific to sex, age, and possible health-specific factoring... plus the whole concept of prepared meals has always worked for my brain. It makes the whole process much easier, it's just the long-term that concerns me with this route.
Anywho, check it...
I, for one, won't be trying it... but I like to know what concepts folks are using to integrate what might help me in the bigger picture.
