How did I miss this?: One Touch Can Opener, working with only one hand... this would've been a very helpful tool for feeding me this lat month. In fact, it seems like it is a great concept, anyway... I've never been too suave at using a can opener anyway (may have to do with being left handed!?)

It's a bit pricey for myself at the moment, but understandably more than a twist and cut version... as it apparently does the safe-mode cut we all long for lately!

Now, if someone felt inclined to send one my way I would not object... for now I'll just dream of it, and all the canned food in my cupboards i can't eat anytime soon [solo.]
