FTR: I'm still in the market for a long[er]-term job.
Don't get me wrong, I love what I'm doing right now... it's an excellent environment, my boss/supervisor is amazing (plus, she goes to my church!), encouraging, understanding, etc! However, they only hired me temporarily & can't yet offer me anything else permanently *pout*
there's more where that came from...
Perhaps I should try ChristianPlacements.com, find me a nice job, a pleasant atmosphere, and a purposeful placement... beyond just paying the bills! Can't go wrong networking within the church! *serious consideration*
It's a large, not to mention free, database of Christian and Ministry jobs... You can add your resume, receive career tips, looks pretty handy/nifty! A definitely worthy tool for christian job seeking.

so it's that time of year again.... CreationNW is on the horizon, we'll be heading there before you know it!
The closer we get, the more I'm actually getting excited about it all... it should be an[other] fun year!
there's more where that came from...
plenty of folks I usually share the experience won't be there, and [hooray!] some i won't so much fond myself missing! but it will be an awesome opportunity to plug in, albeit briefly, with some youth, volunteers, & leadership from mine own church!
usually I'm the one gettin' everything together, packing things up, making yummy foods/snacks, makin' it an easy trip for everyone with me...
this year, that's not so much an option! Jonathan came over and we pre=packed what we could to ease my anxiety tomorrow afternoon/evening; Elizabeth came for "dinner" and to paint my toenails (a Creation girl necessity!); & Sara will be with me tomorrow to chill and finalize packing/prep needs!
Friends are awesome!
