Lunch: the rest of the fish, and seasoned fries... and tartar sauce, of course!
Dinner: I decided to experiment, again, with things in the kitchen... I broke up the handful of seasoned fries that were left, tossed them in a non-stick with a couple eggs, covered it all in shredded mozzarella, and added a tomato slice (cut up). Meanwhile I heated up some tortillas... I merely turned the mix over, breaking it up ever so slightly, and served it, over easy, into the tortillas. Obviously I added lettuce over top of everything. It could have used sour cream, but I'm out... ranch would have been a smart alternative, but I didn't think of it until later!
