Breakfast: take a wild guess... yes, that's right! I had another banana (I've given up on shooting them, until I can get more creative: banana photos will be set aside, you'll simply have to trust me!)

Morning Snack: I was simply craving a nice chilled cup of chai this morning... a sort of get up & amped for an interview treat! An added plus, Andy was working!

Late Lunch: time slipped away from me as I flickred... so the salad that awaited me [left-over] from last night didn't see my fork until nearly 2?
I added some salad shrimp & saltines to the simple lettuce & tomato mix... tossed with a splash of parmesan italian, some ranch, & drops of creamy goat cheese with sundried tomato dressing/s, made for a perfect midday meal!

Dinner: not wanting anything �ber heavy, forseeing the dessert possibility, I went for a Granny Smith, sliced up... with a dallop of Adam's Natural PeanutButter

Dessert: I finally got to taste the second batch of chocolate-covered strawberries... and watch the last episode of Alias (season 4!)
These were done originally with white morsels, and more half-and-half, hoping to thin the covering. I had to add some milk chocolate chips to the mix as it was too thin, and in my opinion it was still too thin. Jonathan thought it was just the way he wanted it, Go figure!
I may not be a big fan of chocolate, but the contrast in flavors with the strawberry, was nice... especially the first try (with darker chocolates.) These were simply a tid too sweet, which made me stop at around 5...
