Breakfast: again, I grabbed a banana... on the go!
Lunch: I went out with Alicia (a former co-worker from Helping Hands.) We hit Pietro's for their lunch special: a tiny 6" pizza with 2 toppings (I chose sausage & artichoke hearts) and a trip thru the salad bar (yum!) Sadly, I forgot to whip out the camera *slaps own hand, "Bad Amancay!"*
Dinner: an evening of cooking, using available ingredients, and some experimentation resulted in a fabulous plate of food:
noodles in alfredo sauce, with jonathan's home-grown dried tomatos; beer-battered fried shrimp, and a simple salad...
all restaurant quality, made in the kitchen of the guy's house!
there were also chocolate covered strawberries for dessert, but we had so much to eat, and it was getting late... so they are preserved for another time!
