Breakfast: Coffee, with cream & sugar, again! "The best part of waking up in Redding" (ok so it was either that... or Jason Upton screaming, "Freedom!" through Beth's alarm clock/cd player!)

Brunch: Beth & I had to decide on something substantial to eat before going to school... so I thought I'd introduce her to my Egg Sandwich.
The tomatos were no good, but there was still guacamole... so the recipe got a local tweak. She was much impressed, and later admitted craving another one in class!
Dinner: Karen (Beth's HouseMom) got a Take&Bake pizza for dinner. Beth handed me these two slices, as I was on the phone... realizing I wouldn't be getting together with Tor (for dinner)
Evening Snack: gas station Extra-Caffinated French Vanilla Cappucino... further proof that as far as gas stations go, they simply cannot create a good cup of coffee concoction. This stuff literally made me sick to my stomach, and had me stopping at every spot I could courage, hoping to get actual snack food & a soda to settle my weary stomach!
...enough already!
