Midnight Snack: more attempt at fueling my mind into submission for the night's drive... this was a sad statement as to gas station's abilities to give the user what they really want. It gave me a gnarly aftertaste and was never completely finished. We won't even talk about the mess I made in trying to serve mself this stuff!
At this time, I also grabbed a handful of Milk Duds...
there's more where that came from...
Midnight Snack #2: a last stop sipping companion, to make it through the final 2 hours! I sometimes prefer the Diet, as it isn't as sweet!
Morning Snack: Beth made us some coffee to grab on the go... she guzzled hers, I made her hold mine as we drove to first service!
Breakfast: giving food a go again... I started out small.
They serve breakfast between services at Bethel, so Beth & I stood in line, and got us some french toast. Pouring on a little syrup, I had to skip the fruit as it was simply an orange *pout*
Lunch: Beth's house-mom took us out to the Hometown Buffet after church... we filled our plates with yummy goodness, and walked away with well filled bellies.
What you see here (starting from the top, going around clockwise): fish w/tartar sauce, mashed potatos & gravy, pizza, brussel sprouts, a fried chicken leg, & french fries (that were not worth it!)
Dessert: opting not to go for the salad... I went for dessert vs. a 2nd plate of food.
What you see here: (melting) frozen yogurt w/butterscotch, a cinnamon roll (not yummy!), and gummi bears *giggle*
Beth & I had fun torturing the poor bears!
Dinner Drink: We discovered this fabulous beverage at the Redding WinCo (every Bethel student's dream come true for afordable grocery shopping)
Dinner: Elizabeth was eager to share this amazing dip she enjoys... guacamole, salsa, & sour cream - all mixed together, with yummy tortilla chip scoops!
...enough already!
