I had elizabeth & a few friends over last night, for fun times... and a bit of a goodbye to miss liz!
we had yummy spaghetti (some of us *cough* had more than others!), an amazing salad, hot tea & cocoa, aquariums, and some soda! food was one thing that was not lacking... nor was the laughter or fun! ;)
there's more where that came from...
we sat down (literally... on the floor, well a few blankets and a sleeping bag were added for comfort) to watch Finding Nemo, hung out, and generally had lots of exciting times as is to be expected with such fine folks!
I'm glad we got to send off elizabeth in such high fashion, as well as a proper inaugural moment for my 'almost' home... so sweet!
Elizabeth got the honour of being the first official invite/sleepover to my new home, and we broke in the living room floor with the best of 'em. We talked from 10:30 well into the morn. All I know is that at one point, near the end... elizabeth actually check ed her watch as she seriously contemplated putting in The Pebble & the Penguin just to find out what happens. Alas, it was already 1:30 and so she thought better and we shall have to table the viewing for another venture!
I'm really excited to be able to continually create great amounts of memories in and around that home! it's gonna be grr-reat!
