- When I was in Girl Scouts, we had an International Fair event each year. Each Girl Scout troop represented a nation and sold foods and/or little trinkets as a symbol of their nation. What would you sell to represent Argentina? definitely Chori-panes: yummy chorizo (not the typical, can get it in the US/Mexican kind, the real Argentine stuff!) in a piece of fresh bread... drizzled with chimichurri! Stick a fun little commemorative flag in there and you've got food and a trinket all in one!
- About two weeks ago, I caught myself dancing the Macarena at a stop light. What the most embarrassing thing (that you are willing to share) that you've caught yourself doing while driving? very 80's boy-band (think New Kids)esque moves whilst getting my imaginary groove on to my hip-hop/black music... *looks around coyly* yeah!
- Who is your all-time favorite Contemporary Christian artist? Contemporary Christian song? all time? yikes! I'm so fickle with music interests... um, let's go with Jars & Hymn
- Explain your appeal to monkeys. *pronounces slowly* Amancay... A Monkey... *returns to normal enunciation efforts* it was early noted the correlation of my name with the cute fuzzy creatures. Colin even burnt an inscription on a doll cradle he made me "for my monkey"... Few and far between are the folk I'll allow to actually address me as such regularly without making sufficient faces to further avoid embarassment from the "name-calling", but I'm big on names/nicknames, so it's ?ool to be affectionately addressed at times. Besides, they're oozingly cute!
- What's the cheesiest song you love? Why has this song stuck with you? *initial reaction* "The Bellybutton Song" *after actual contemplation, a second lightbulb forms, burning brighter* "His Cheeseburger" *laughing hysterically at her own wit... and stuff!* yeah, so it really is a cheesy song, I love it... I know all the words... I even know someone who can add in all appropriate sound effects when needed *refrains from further fits of giggles at the moment* [leave it to me to only come up with Silly Songs]
