I promise I'll get to where I left off, eventually... what interests me more than anything at this point is to hear Sara's snippets of a version to the whole occurrence!
there's more where that came from...She headed straight back to camp (with a given potty stop) after Newsboys, going right to bed, as opposed to the rest of us who went on to the Comedy Club (and laughed till the lights shut off!) So I didn't get to talk it over with her and everyone else as my brain had originally envisioned.
Returning to camp I slowly eased my way into relaxation and final bed-time preparation with wonderful company, white cheddar popcorn from Trader Joe's, witty banter (what's new!?), and strong hands working their magic on my aching espalda *nod of appreciation*. I also, even much later, after official lights were out, was able to debrief/unload about the whole encounter (with a much smaller, understanding audience/support team: Tor, Mathys, & Pieter)
Now I'm back in the amphitheater chillin' for the most part, I'm still quite tired it seems... somehow my less then 5 hours of camping sleep didn't do the whole job. Luckily today is a bit more low key for my interests... I'm planning a bonafide swimming jaunt after lunch and before John Reuben (or even perhaps the 3pm speakers, Lakita Garth really laid it all out this morning!)
For now, I'm enduring Joy Williams (Sara walked away during Rock & Roll Worship Circus, Pieter disappeared as soon as she came on) until Joshua Harris comes on to speak/whoop us all into shape!
It's very warm, very sunny... but this time/today we opted for the lowest level of grass/cement risers, so as to avoid the huge gang involved in last night's altercations.
Well, I'm gonna sign off for now, before my pda & keyboard melt into an unintelligible ball of sticky plastic and random wires!
God is Awesome, and faithful to those who are faithful and continue to press in and seek Him!
