animals is also one of my favorite topics! from anteaters to zebras... as long as we skip through the mosquitos and spiders.... although they are insects... are insects really animals? or just evil creatures meant to taunt and torture?
- Cats or dogs? duh, kitties!
- Butterflies or birds? I've never been a big froo-froo/girly girl... so usually butterflies would be out of the question and deemed "maricona" (as unanimously decided amongst my roomies in argentina). However of late I've been seeing them and coming to terms with them more and more in the domestic violence field... so: butterflies (tasteful butterflies)
- Horses or cows? moo!
- Turtles or snakes? turtles, dude! (ok, so I just saw Finding Nemo! cut me some slack)
- Frogs or grasshoppers? frogs... so far we've listed most of my favorite animals, now where are the monkeys?
- Lions or tigers? or bears, oh my! they are both kitty-animals; felines... but my fave would have to be the tigers as my little murray-boy was always very tiger-esque [at least in his mind]
- Elephants or mice? elefantes
- Porcupines or aardvarks? poor porcupines, how do they hug or snuggle? Aardvarks are simply misunderstood anteaters, right? I fell in love with anteaters when I got a BeanieBaby of the sort and carried it around as a sort of show-off/conversation piece [ok, admitted wierd stage in my life, just after coming back to the states to live]. My final answer is aardavark.
- Unicorns or dragons? unicorns: again way to girly for me. Colin had my enamored with dragons from an early age... he'd tell us stories about Rhondo, the dragon who lives here in our woods and would play with us!
- Thought-provoking question of the week: You live in a rather dumpy apartment. A friend offers you a chance to be a roommate at a new place s/he is moving into, but they don't allow pets. You have a pet. Do you find your pet a new home and take the new place, or do you keep your pet and stay put? first off, my place ain't dumpy... second, there's now way I'd leave my kitties at this juncture unless God came down Himself and told me to!
