PoPos to the rescue!

I full on admit that I am a complete and utter wuss/scaredy-cat, who is not afraid or intimidated in the least to call in the local law enforcement when [presumed to be] needed. Tonight, such was the case.
What began looking like your typical visit to my good ole pal Sara at her place of employment (aka. my former place of employment), the end of town gas station, turned out to be way more exciting and adrenaline rushing then I'd usually choose to encounter.

I showed up after my other activities (this is the normal part of the scenario) for a pick-me-up drink and some encouraging convo... As I was about to attempt my exit, a former employee came running in to Sara crying. I stuck around to see what was going down, offer any sort of consolment I could conjure, etc. Next thing we knew, it was closing time (which always strikes the cords of some [I wanna say REM] song that always seemed to be playing when I'd be closing up at La Clnica).
Although lights were promptly shut off and money was clearly being counted, a rough and tough group of bikers seemed unaffected by this impeding upon their agenda. They guzzled up some gas and other random items from the 'munch' end of the 'pump n' munch'... and proceeded to loiter their rather large bums all over the front of the store. Taking off their leather, lighting up smokes, and generally having a good ol' time; they had no indication of heading off anytime soon.
Much to my dismay their loitering was occurring all around and about my vehicle which stood wonderfully unlocked: with keys intact in the ignition. After a good 15 minutes I took it upon myself to call up the police station and explain our predicament, and simply ask for some assistance if not escort to at least get to our cars without a worry.
Obviously they were happy to do so. What else are they going to do in Hoody-ville on a friday night? So our good friend Frasier and another officer whom I can't recall [though he was first on the scene], came to our rescue and got them on their way.

Now, they may very well have been harmless... However, I don't care who you are, if you are hanging out in front of a clearly closed business for more than 20 minutes without explicit invite or purpose; I'm gonna get a bit wary. Not to mention the fact that you are garbed up in the most intimidating wardrobe and vehicular choice out there... deal!

Quote of the day (brought to you courtesy of my favorite fictional policeman's son, Pacey Witter):

'How badly do I want to portray Skywalker?: "I would, quite literally, do it for free."' - Joshua Jackson
