- The Cosby Show or A Different World? the college perspective [kicked off by Lisa Bonet, yet more skillfully followed up by Kadeem Hardison & Jasmine Guy] in an African-American atmosphere was fun and enlightening. But The Cosby Show is an undeniable classic, and they never had to play the "black" card.
- Happy Days or Joanie Loves Chachi? *swoon* Scott Baio!
- Cheers or Frasier? I was somewhat too young to fully "get" the entirety of Cheers. Niles & Martin add such a kick of spunk to the Crane name, we'll never understand how grandma didn't enjoy Frasier.
- Beverly Hills, 90210 or Melrose Place? Donna & David finally reuniting, and actually marrying, renewed my fervor for 90210!
- Real World or Road Rules? Real World, baby! With the exception of this cast, it's always drawn more of my attention
- Law & Order: SVU or CI? during the opening sequence of CI, sunday, mom and I almost simultaneously said, "I like that guy!"
- The Osbournes or The Anna Nicole Show? eek! The Ozzies *beep* up a storm... and throw meat at their neighbors! While Anna is sadly messed up! Kelly & Jack's banter wins it for me.
- Diff'rent Strokes or The Facts of Life? Arnold gave me great (horribly translated and then dubbed) quotes in spanish, *holds up two drinking glasses"¿¡No pegarías un chico con vasos!?" But the dynamic duo of Tootie & Natalie (or even Jo & Blaire) can't be beat.
- VeggieTales or 3-2-1 Penguins!? *sings* "Larry-Boy! Larry-Boy! Lean and mean, Green machine, Larry-Boy!"
- Degrassi or Degrassi: the Next Generation? I barely watched PBS at that age, but Degrassi stands out in my mind. Right now I've fallen hard for the Next Generation thanks to Noggin!
