Phew. [note: the lack o' exclamation]
After discovering our rooms, we headed over to the Entertainment Center where the conference will be held. We registered without problem, and moved on to consuming much needed food.
Since I raved about the Red Lobster and it's biscuits on the way over, we ate there. yum. [dang it's hard not to use exclamations. grr.] I had a mondo Lobsterita (so I'm a tid-bit light-headed), lots of cheesy biscuits, and a fried platter.
there's more where that came from...
Now we're back at the inn [duh], everyone's exhausted and ready to retire to their rooms with full stomachs and a plethora of beds to choose from for the night!*
Me, personally, I'm gonna find something other than American Dreams to watch at 8 (since I'm still behind on the episodes, trying to wait to watch them with Nela.) *bops head upon revelation* Becker and Brahm & Alice are on at the same time. Sweet! [you know I couldn't go a whole entry without at least one.]
*I didn't even realize I went with an exclamation in this sentence, until I was proofing for an excerpt.
...enough already!

wow! Super-oh-my-golly-gee wow!
We've got really nice rooms [scratch that! suites] here at the Inn at Lake Superior... I've got three beds, two rooms, a huge bath... I'm ready for some good ole R&R! [note to self: figure out how to minimize the use of exclamations]
I just wanted to check in since I have free access to internet in a couple public lobby areas of the inn... talk to you all later.
Be jealous! Be very jealous!
