I may not be doing many collabs lately... but the friday 5 is plugging on with or without me. Today it turns 1 [whole year old]! This week lisanne leaves us questioning our communication skills... or lack there of.
- Would you say that you're good at keeping in touch with people? um... yes, I return phone calls. I have a cell phone, so you can't say you can't get a hold of me... I'm working on the writing my friends far away thing, it's pure laziness that keep me from it... *hide face in shame*
- Which communication method do you usually prefer/use: e-mail, telephone, snail mail, blog comments, or meeting in person? Why? I love email, especially since I have many friends in a far away land [read: argentina] where it's much more cost effective to send emails then snail mail, much less actually calling regularly. However, for getting your point across... the phone does the trick... and face to face is even more precious!
- Do you have an instant messenger program? How many? Why/why not? How often do you use it? yes siree bob. I used to run aim & msn, until someone finally turned me on to the wondrous trillian. Now I don't have aoHell giving my computer gas [read: creating farts]!
- Do most of your close friends live nearby or far away? both. i'm a divided woman. my heart resides in two countries, three towns, four churches... one God!
- Are you an "out of sight, out of mind" person, or do you believe that "distance makes the heart grow fonder"? can I say "both" again? if it's a good thing, absence makes it fonder... if it's a bad thing, get it out of sight and send it out of mind!
