As expected I'm wiped beyond comprehension... but I can say the day went well aside from the lack of previous connection Elijah and I have had. He seemed greatly excited from the moment I knocked on the door early this morning (something about the rhythm of his pitter patter clued me in!) Despite the fact that I lacked some major sleep, we went head first into some game concerning states... and I was lost! Then we played a bit of a reading game on the comp upstairs... until I convinced him to continue without me, whilst I rested. Not long, and not much rest, after which he showed up at my side with a rather fun game involving God questions and other Christian thematic strategies. After we both "made it home" (I don't think anyone in particular wins,) I asked Elijah if he wanted to make a little picture of himself for my site. Enthused we headed downstairs and so began the real fun!
there's more where that came from...
Little did I know they've got DSL in the house... never again will I be impressed with my high-end dial-up connects. Needless to say, stortroopers gave us no issues, and we produced a nice little replica o' Elijah. Then it was onto kid's sites... yet somehow we weren't finding what he had in mind. He kept mentioning games, so I gave the Jonah site a whirl... thoroughly amused and many laughs later we moved on to the full fledged Big Idea site where I was severely obsessed by games... at the very point that Lijah would move on to the next game... (so here I am, at home now, ready to attack them! although they won't have that illustrious DSL sparkle anymore!) My list o' faves so far: Lyle's Break-Out, Space Corn!, and Here We Go, Scuba!
After tearing ourselves away from the obsession, we ran some errands, got a burger, and planted ourselves at my mom's to watch Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius while I did my laundry. An encore presentation went just as well as the first... and then began the elicit boredom! Heaven forbid a moment go by with out complete and utter entertainment, thus continued the evening with only momentary distractions by a JamCam, some Jenga, and Knowdaverbs.
In other news, "Tornna & Tarsten" are still on the loose. I don't know about Tarn, but word on the street is Tor is expected back tamari at 15:00. They better get home soon, so we can get this Creation party started (er um, organized, yeah... that's what I meant!)
...enough already!

The following falls into the "believe it or not" category... My car is clean. I'd even venture to call it immaculate!?!
*slap, slap* ok, are you conscience again? Yea, you read right, my car is clean! Ok I need to stop saying that, or I'm gonna believe it!
I was tracking Chris M. down to attack the task... and there was Mr. Wold (Jr.) jogging along the road. I stopped, he listened, I asked, he looked it over, I smiled, he agreed, I scheduled, he ran (ok so that sounds bad... but he was running to begin with.)
Oddly enough, he didn't even get over here until aprox. 22:30... so it's no wonder he wasn't out of here until 0:30.
Now I ought to get to sleep, since it's gonna be a long day tomorrow. I start it off early with Elijah (Tor's little bro #1) @ 7:30... pray for me?
