follow up Props
As usual par for the course, I am mistaken... in my excited attempt to promote the many wonders of my dear friend, I completely over-looked some information. You see... although Dawn is fully capable of creating all the tracks herself, parentally she called on our bud Levi to lay down all the drumming (props my brothah!) Plus, the slightly mentioned extra background vocals (for a couple of the songs) were provided by our lovely Breaking Free babe: Katrina! Some guy named Larry (think Charlie of the Angels, 'cause I ain't seen him!) did the mixing!
Heaven forbid all that info go un-noted!

this has been a music to my ears entry
welcome to the next edition of getting to know your friends
leave it to Tarnna to come up with more fun for me to participate in.
As usual, the idea is that after you read all this fun stuff about me, you copy and paste it to answer yourself... and send to all your friends. Ok?
there's more where that came from...
- If you could build a house anywhere, where would it be? In the woods, away from other people (ie. no visible neighbors,) yet close enough to town (most likely Hood River) that it wouldn't take more than 10 minutes! On lots of land, so I can have my indoor/outdoor pool!
- What's your favorite article of clothing? regarding frequency of use: my butt old-school AudioA if you're happy & you know it tee; as to super in love with, can't imagine anything more lovely: my lavender princess strapless number... *sigh*
- Favorite physical feature of the opposite sex? getting real for a moment: I've been noting that my focal point have evolved (is that really the appropriate word?) over time... for a long while I was a full fledged butt girl. Then it was (and still is very influential) the depth of the eyes... [Tor, Jon, & I just had this convo friday.] However, I must admit, that of late... my attention has been easily distracted by a beautiful chest... or two... or 3... ok, well you get it!
- What's the last cd that you bought? I haven't paid yet... but Dawn Rand: Worship... other wise, paid in full, we've got And now it's time for Silly Songs with Larry
- Where's your favorite place to be? on a melancholic note: any sort of summer/church campy place in Argentina! Simply surrounded by God's creation and good fellowship/family...
- Wheres your least favorite place to be? stuck in traffic... think coming back to Hoody-ville from the zoo. Grrr!
- What's your favorite place to be massaged? at work... what can beat that? Getting paid to relax, that's my kind of work!
- What's most important, strong mind or strong body? despite my admitted current peck obsession, nothing can match a strong mind!
- What time do you wake in the morning? it's different every day of the week... now, when I get out of bed is a completely different story!
- What's your favorite kitchen appliance? the timer... you don't want to know how many times I've burnt water or eaten cafeteria noodles because of internet distractions...
- What makes you really angry? being ignored
- If you could play an instrument, what would it be? guitar... than I could worship and make music all alone... and sound cool!
- Favorite color(s)? purple
- Which do you prefer, sports car or suv? I'm not going to publish what I think of sports cars, so I'll go with the SUV
- Do you believe in afterlife? I believe we're gonna boogie down worshiping God!
- Favorite children's book? right now: The Three Little Javelinas (anyone wanna get it for me?) but my all time/forever fave: The Monster at the End of this Book
- What is your least favorite season? except for the fun freedom involved, I'm gonna have to agree with Tarn on summer all the way!
- What's your least favorite household chore? anything having to do with compost or old food in the fridge!
- If you could have one super power, what would it be? flying would be a plus
- If you have a tattoo, what is it? *yawn* oh sorry, was I doing something new and exciting?... I have an amancay on my right shoulder/back
- Can you juggle? ok, so I swear I just read "can you jiggle?" and I was all: 'yea baby, bring it!' alas, I was mistaken. Um, no... but Pablo can! Oh and Gabe (from 2%)
- The one person from your past you wish you could go and talk to? Opa... to assure him of God's love, and Gma to sit at her feet and soak in her wisdom and great faithfulness. (I cheated on the one, since I feel cheated by the circumstances themselves surrounding their passings. They left their bodies on this earth within 12 days of each other... too much for this young adult to take in at once!)
- What's your favorite day? who can beat a sunday?
- What's in the trunk of your car? wouldn't it be easier to list what's not back there? *blushes* A brand new set of dishes I got for X-mas, random cds in mis-matched cases, business tapes, a sleeping bag, my tent, my husband (do we have to go over this everytime? it's a pillow,) some books, lots of junk mail, shoes, a dress, other clothes, some games, and lots more...
Danny, wanna come over and make some money? Anybody?
- Which do you prefer, sushi or hamburger? sidenote: never in my life did I think I'd see two foods Nela will eat, and likes, in one sentence, let alone as options to choose from! I can't choose between these two either... to me they are like apples & oranges (ok bad scenario, since I can't eat oranges, but you get my drift!) I think they are both the bomb if made by the right people!
- From the people you emailed this to, who's most likely to respond? Tarnna got me right! Hmmm... there was a time where I would've said Nela, but she won't even check her email anymore, so she's out. One could only hope that Tor would step up (c'mon man... prove me wrong!) I'm going to have to go with Alicia!
- Who's least likely to respond? just to antagonize him, I'll second Tarnna's motion with DanielSon.
I like the fact that there are exactly 27 questions... numbers are fun! ...enough already!

this has been a meme entry
do I smell a theme?
Apparentally my insane craving for silly quiz results is not alone. After church (at lunch) I learned just how important my posting them is to the lives of others around me. Never again will I slack so greatly on my duties of humoring those who need it.
Enlightened of my recent calling, I prompty used my "never to be divulged" secret powers to track down insane amounts of diversions to choose from. In honor of those before us, I will release these discoveries slowly...
So, without further ado:
there's more where that came from...
I kid you not!
You are "Kraft Macaroni and Cheese". You cost a little more, due to your promotional shapes and packaging, but the kids won't stand for less. You try and be individual in spite of this though. You prefer to be called "Cheese and Macaroni" thank you very much.
I'm a level 8 caffeine addict

Just stuffed full of surprises. No one ever knows what you're going to do next. The greatest mystery to you is, naturally, "how do they get the caramel in the Caramilk bars?"
I taste like Peanut Butter.
I am one of the most blendable flavours; I go with sweet, I go with sour, I go with bland, I go with anything. I am practical and good company, but have something of a tendency to hang around when I'm not wanted, unaware that my presence is not welcome. |
 | Hot Hot Hot! You are the Chili Pepper! Hot 'n Spicy describes you very, well. But no one likes overpowering tastes, so remember why subtlty is the key to success, ok? And put down the whip and handcuffs. Yeesh. | | ©2002 http://internetjunk.co.uk |
|
 | Mama's Boy! You are Quiche Florentine
Woah there- mommy need to read this text to you? Well, you are truly in good standing with her and the rest of your family, and you like your microwave meals to give you that thought of home you thirst for. Somewhat dependent yet a caring individual, it seems you don't need assistance anymore but you enjoy help and security anyways | | ©2002 http://internetjunk.co.uk |

So there you have it. Did you figure out the theme? (please don't let anyone know if you didn't... you don't want to risk utter humiliation!) ...enough already!

this has been a quiz entry
"Amanacay" hits the stands
So it's been a bit, but I was in the local paper, er um... my alter ego Amanacay was, I mean. Ok, so I have to cut Erik [I admit I almost stuck a "c" in there out of spite, but I held myself back! Aren't we all proud of me?] some slack! It probably wasn't even him, the paper itself has quite a rep for such simple errors!
Enjoy!
there's more where that came from...
