27/XI/99 - twenty-two!?!

Twenty-two years ago today I arrived to bring joy and excitement to my parents and all those around me. Yet today, I woke up to the phone ringing (doens't she understand the concept of Saturdays?) She invited me out to breakfast, but we had to wait on Canela who still had to be woken and then begin her tedious preparation for departure! The Charburger welcomed us with ummy brunches and then we were off the Wally-World to pick out some stuff I needed for my kitchen.

I chose some glass set of baking ware (a measuring cup, a casserole dish with lid, a pie pan, and a square large thing), a pizza/cookie pan/sheet, some yummy candy canes (sour patch flavor, and an assorment of apple spice, raspberry, cinnamon, and something else), and mom grabbed me some more white chocolate covered Oreos! While we were at the store, my leg started ringing (no, it's not some weird medical condition: I was wearing carpenter pants and I put my cell phone in the side leg pocket!) It was my dad calling. He was wondering what I was doing today and if he could come over (to my mom's) to have me scan a picture. After all that, I came home with my dad to show him my new game. He soon went home, and I've been playing ever since. I had to start over from where I had last saved at one point, because all my guests were getting lost for some reason. Stupid people even had maps in their pockets, but they were complaining real bad and my rating went plummeting. On the second try I didn't seem to have that problem at all, and I even completed my goal with a load of cash to spare! I've been getting random birthday e-mails from people I don't know. I think it has to do with the World Birthday Web. I'm listed for November 27th, WooHoo! Maybe later I'll go visit some fellow celebrators! My first e-mail was from Hank who actually has a nice site about his travels! The next one was from Marco, who also has his birthday today. His site is about motorcycles (but it does have some pics of him!) Then some guy fooled me, his name is really similar to that of a long lost friend... I got a note from Peque (I miss him a lot!) in Buenos Aires, and finally some Bill who says he reads all replies and visits sites linked (we'll see if he finds that I've linked to his computer site!) Ed and I are going out to eat tonight, where... I'm not sure yet, I haven't decided! Then we'll be sure to come back here and make more parks!
